Dr. David Cassius is a physiatrist in Seattle, Washington Specialist in the treatment of pain and sports injuries using Segmental Neuromyotherapy. He performs minimally invasive spinal and muscle injections, inluding nerve blocks and trigger point injections. He also has extensive experience in the use of Botox.
